1 Corinthians 12:12
1 Corinthians 12:12 “For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.”
Invaluable doesn’t mean “not valuable.”
It’s the opposite – it means that you are uniquely valuable to God.
"If he already had 100, and one got lost, he would have 99 left."
“You are a child of God; you are uniquely created; you are not responsible for being in the place you’re in today alone. It is God’s will.”
1 Corinthians 12:12 “The body is a unit though it is made up of many parts, and though all its parts are many, they form one body, so it is with Christ.”
1 Corinthians 12:14 “Now the body is not made up of one part, but many.”
1 Corinthians 12:15 “If the foot should say because I’m not a hand, I do not belong to the body, it would not for that reason cease to be a part of the body.”
But when you join a group of others, the name of your identity changes.
1 Corinthians 12:14 “Now the body is not made up of one part, but of many. If the foot should say ‘because I’m not a hand, I do not belong to the body,’ it would not, for that reason, cease to be part of the body.”
Your part of the Body of Christ matters to God.
He said that the man who gave him the Bible made a difference.
He wanted the man to know that the Bible he handed him saved his life.
“I once was lost, but now I’m found…”
Change some things in some people.
Our job is to reflect His light so that people can know the mystery of God.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. (John 3:17)
